Job Summary

To manage and grow a portfolio of Miqdam ( Only Qataris ) Banking customers by delivering exceptional relationship management, wealth advisory, and banking services. The Relationship Manager is responsible for deepening existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, increasing Total Relationship Value (TRV), and delivering a differentiated premium banking experience.

Job Summary

To manage and grow a portfolio of Miqdam ( Only Qataris ) Banking customers by delivering exceptional relationship management, wealth advisory, and banking services. The Relationship Manager is responsible for deepening existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, increasing Total Relationship Value (TRV), and delivering a differentiated premium banking experience. The role requires proactive engagement with customers to understand their financial objectives and provide suitable banking, lending, investment, and wealth management solutions. The Relationship Manager shall ensure service excellence while maintaining full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of Qatari culture, customer expectations, and relationship-driven banking practices that support the growth and positioning of the Miqdam Banking Segment.

Key Accountabilities

• Wealth Management Services
• Attain the required international wealth management qualifications as per the standards set by CB.
• Conduct wealth management meetings using the structured approached, fact find, risk profile & recommendations.
• Regular financial reviews to maintain relationship & product penetration.
• Provide customers with timely wealth management statements especially during turbulent times.
• Self-study to upskill & build on personal knowledge.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention
• Acquire new Miqdam Banking customers in line with segment growth objectives and acquisition targets.
• Develop existing customer relationships to increase wallet share, assets under management, liabilities, investment balances, and overall Total Relationship Value (TRV).
• Deliver the highest levels of personalized customer service and act as the primary point of contact for all customer banking requirements.
• Conduct regular customer calls, meetings, and visits in accordance with portfolio management standards.
• Ensure customer requests, enquiries, and complaints are resolved efficiently and within agreed service standards.
• Build long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and proactive identification of customer needs
• Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and relationship intelligence to identify opportunities for relationship deepening and cross-selling.
• Solicit customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall value proposition and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve agreed customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and product penetration targets.
• Relationship Management
• Maintain an assigned portfolio of Miqdam Banking customers and ensure consistent relationship coverage.
• Prepare and conduct portfolio review meetings to identify opportunities for growth and enhanced customer engagement.
• Promote the Bank's products and services including liabilities, lending, cards, investments, deposits, and wealth solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Wealth Management, Private Banking, Product, and Support teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Develop and execute account plans for key customers to maximize relationship profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relationships proactively to ensure high retention levels and increased customer loyalty.
• Ensure all walk-in customers and referred customers receive premium service standards consistent with the Miqdam Banking proposition.
• Support management initiatives aimed at strengthening customer experience and segment growth.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Qatari culture, traditions, business etiquette, and customer expectations in all client interactions

Other Accountabilities

• Customer Analysis
• Gather information on existing and potential customers; analyse their credit worthiness, credit data compilation and financial information interpretation in order to ensure a continuous workflow with all required information available.
• Profile existing and potential clients in order to identify overall banking needs and thus introduce clients to appropriate new products and services.
• Assist in the development of account plans in a consistent and timely manner in order to swiftly follow-up on identified business opportunities.
• Attain competency in banking tools such as CRM, KAPITI, Digital RM platform, and all other IT solutions to ensure a full customer analysis is carried out to stay abreast of customer needs in advance.
• Related Assignments
• Support business development, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives undertaken by the Miqdam Banking Segment.
• Participate in customer events, networking activities, and business development opportunities to promote the segment.
• Assist management with special projects, initiatives, and assignments as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education
