We are seeking a results-drivenSales & Business Development Manager for a rapidly growingDubai-based storage and logistics company offering self-storage, moving & packing, and business fulfilment services.
The role will focus on driving new business across the UAE by identifying new market opportunities, building a strong prospect pipeline, developing partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Drive new client acquisition acrossB2B and B2C markets , including SMEs, e-commerce companies, retailers, logistics businesses, and individual customers.
Identify untapped industry segments, new sales channels, and strategic partnership opportunities.
Own theend-to-end sales cycle , including prospecting, qualification, meetings, negotiations, proposals, and closing.
Generate business through proactive outbound prospecting while also converting warm inbound enquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and clients.
Work closely with the Client Manager to coordinate client requirements, task allocation, and account handovers.
Manage and continuously develop the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
Identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base and presence across the UAE.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or new client acquisition.
Demonstrated success inoutbound sales and independently winning new business .
Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and relationship-management skills.
Fluent English required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating independently.
Strong hunter mentality with a focus on generating new revenue.
Own car and valid UAE driving licence preferred.
Experience in logistics, storage, moving, fulfilment, e-commerce, or related services is advantageous.
