About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our operational hub in Umm Ramool, Dubai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our daily sales operations, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between our sales team, clients, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, generate quotations, and handle client inquiries promptly.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
Requirements:
- Open to Freshers; relevant UAE experience in sales or sales coordination is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Immediate availability / short notice period preferred.
