Sales Representative — Exotic Colors
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Employment: Full time, on-site
Salary: AED 2,350 per month
We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to support daily retail sales and store operations in Abu Dhabi. Applicants must currently be located in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide helpful product recommendations.
- Explain product features, prices, promotions and care instructions accurately.
- Work towards sales targets through attentive service and appropriate upselling and cross-selling.
- Process sales and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Replenish stock, maintain attractive displays and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
- Assist with stock counts, check product availability and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Handle routine customer enquiries and **escalate** complaints or returns according to company policy.
- Maintain accurate sales records and cooperate with colleagues on daily store tasks.
- Follow store policies, safety procedures and customer-data confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Currently located in the United Arab Emirates and available to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
- Previous retail sales or customer-service experience preferred.
- Clear communication, active listening and a helpful, professional approach to customers.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to learn product information, work towards sales targets and contribute to a team.
- Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
