Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in B2B IT hardware or technology solutions sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer hardware, experience working directly with corporate clients, and the ability to recommend suitable technical solutions based on business requirements .

The role focuses on promoting rugged computing solutions, developing business opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial consultation and product demonstrations to successful delivery and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for rugged computing and IT hardware solutions.
• Engage with corporate clients to understand their technical and operational requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trials to showcase product capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Handle client negotiations and close sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Explain the technical features, benefits, and long-term cost advantages of rugged computing devices.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery, installation, training, and customer acceptance.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular sales reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure smooth project completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B IT Hardware Sales, Technical Sales, Enterprise Sales, or IT Solutions Sales.
• Must have experience selling IT hardware or technology solutions directly to corporate clients (B2B), rather than exclusively retail sales.
• Exposure to rugged computing solutions, industrial-grade laptops, rugged tablets, or military-standard (MIL-STD) computing devices is a plus.
• Experience handling corporate accounts, technical presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
