Title - GTM / B2B Sales Lead

Type- Contract

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the GTM and B2B sales strategy
• Identify target companies and key decision-makers
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Build pipeline and convert prospects into customers
• Provide input on pricing, positioning, messaging, and customer targeting
• Partner with founders/product teams to provide market feedback
• Help determine and eventually scale the broader sales organization

Must Haves

• Strong B2B sales / GTM experience
• Proven cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and closing experience
• Ability to identify and reach the right business decision-makers
• Experience developing or contributing to GTM strategy
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment
• Strategic thinker who is willing to be hands-on with sales execution

• SaaS, AI, or technology sales experience
• Experience taking a new product to market
• Mid-market or enterprise sales experience
• Experience working directly with founders/product teams
• Experience building or scaling a sales team
