Location: Greater Tampa Bay | Hybrid | Local Candidates Only
A growing, performance-driven organization with a tenured and highly skilled finance team is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager. This organization places a premium on talent, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. This is not a role for someone content with the status quo, as it is built for a professional who takes ownership, brings intellectual curiosity to every challenge, and views process gaps as opportunities to make things better. Public company reporting exposure is part of the landscape, and the right candidate will be comfortable operating at that level of precision and accountability. Those who bring a career-oriented mindset, thrive under high expectations, and are energized by the opportunity to stretch beyond their defined role, will find this environment both demanding and deeply rewarding. Successful completion of background, drug, and reference checks required!
