The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor for the group’s regulated brokerage, payments, and digital asset operations. Responsibilities include providing legal advisory on financial regulations, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, supporting global licensing applications, and managing corporate governance and disputes.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a Qualified Lawyer or Barrister from a recognized common law jurisdiction (UK preferred) with 6-12+ years of post-qualification experience.
