Running marketing activity to build your own pipeline of enquiries for the company's personal development programmes, then owning it end to end using the organisation's systems. This would ideally suit someone looking to work remotely and have greater flexibility and autonomy as an independent contractor.
Day to day:
Who it's for: 15+ years' experience in operations, process or service delivery at a senior level. Director, Head of Ops or equivalent; a strong track record building relationships at a senior level and owning a system end to end; used to a high degree of autonomy. A keen interest in personal development is helpful, and a desire to continue your own personal growth. Coachable and keen to learn.
How the work happens: Remote, working autonomously with proven systems, templates and training provided. Independent contractor. Performance-based earning structure (not a traditional salaried role).
