Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation, campaign optimization, performance analytics, conversion tracking, and budget management , with a proven ability to turn digital campaigns into measurable business growth.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Prequalification, Sales, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure marketing campaigns generate high-quality leads and contribute directly to business and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital platforms .
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, and campaign scaling .
• Drive high-quality lead generation while continuously improving Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, lead quality, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) .
• Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns, from lead acquisition and landing pages to conversion and customer acquisition .
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, copy, and campaign concepts based on performance insights.
• Ensure accurate implementation and monitoring of pixels, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, events, attribution, and analytics .
• Analyse data from advertising platforms, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other reporting tools to understand campaign performance and customer behaviour.
• Work closely with the Prequalification and Sales teams to monitor lead quality, conversion rates, feedback, and revenue contribution.
• Analyse the complete lead journey from ad click lead generation qualification sales conversion and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify trends, market opportunities, audience insights, and emerging digital marketing channels that can support business growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports, campaign forecasts, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for management.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and digital advertising developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning, business objectives, and promotional activities .
• Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI .

Requirements:

• 6-8+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid digital platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, UTM tracking, and analytics tools .
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing .
• Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and lead-to-sale conversion .
• Experience working with CRM systems and connecting marketing performance with sales and revenue data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, remarketing, funnel optimization, and campaign scaling .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to also remain hands-on with campaign execution and optimization .
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is preferred.
