Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering construction corporate and project-based roles. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions. Conduct talent mapping market intelligence and competitor benchmarking. Drive employer branding initiatives to position Astra as an employer of choice. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience , preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction industries.
• Proven track record in hiring for technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
