We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Strategist to develop and execute growth strategies across social media platforms and help our clients increase reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop social media growth strategies for different brands and industries.
- Analyze audience behavior, competitors, trends, and platform performance.
- Build content strategies based on business goals and audience insights.
- Monitor Reach, Views, Retention, Engagement, Shares, Saves, and Follower Growth.
- Develop and manage content experiments to identify high-performing formats and topics.
- Identify trends and opportunities for organic growth.
- Work closely with content creators, video producers, SEO specialists, and account managers.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and short-form content.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
- Ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content and marketing tools is a plus.
Preferred
Candidates with a proven record of growing social media accounts or improving organic reach are highly preferred.
