Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join the Supply Chain organization of a leading academic medical center in New York. They will join a team that is responsible for the strategic sourcing of non-procedural clinical products (Pharmacy, Radiology, Research, etc). Key responsibilities include managing quotes and contracts end-to-end, analyzing financial and qualitative data to identify sourcing opportunities, initiating and managing RFPs, optimizing vendor relationships through regular reviews, negotiating supplier contracts with clear service expectations, and acting as a liaison to ensure departmental alignment. The Specialist also supports supplier transitions, identifies and implements cost-saving initiatives, and seeks overall process improvements within the supply chain. Candidates must be able to manage several priorities at once and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
