Job Description: - Manage end-to-end FMCG supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
- Oversee demand forecasting, stock planning, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams, while managing suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, optimise costs, improve operational efficiency, and lead the supply chain team.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and product expiry management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
