The Supply Chain Project Analyst supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service performance. The role analyzes data, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and tracks project progress to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support supply chain improvement and transformation projects.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
- Assist in developing business cases, project plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, project management, or business analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain tools is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Relex is mandatory.
