Due to insufficient cooling capacity during peak occupancy and events at the Party Hall in La Vista Residence-3 (Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai) , it is recommended to install an additional 3-ton air-conditioning unit . Two options have been proposed for client consideration and approval: a Ducted Split AC or a Wall-Mounted Split AC .
The contractor will supply, install, and commission a 3-ton air-conditioning unit based on the client's chosen option, including all necessary connections and accessories:
