Tax Associate

We're looking for a Tax Associate to join a growing CPA firm and play a key role in serving both business and individual clients. This position is ideal for someone with public accounting experience who enjoys building client relationships, solving tax challenges, and working in a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations

• Assist clients with tax compliance, planning, and year-round tax matters

• Research tax issues and identify practical solutions for clients

• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and address inquiries

• Support tax engagements from preparation through filing

• Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of tax experience in public accounting

• Experience preparing both individual and business tax returns

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• CPA license or progress toward CPA certification is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and client service abilities
