Position Summary:
Within a team framework, coordinates tax functions for the client's system entities, including but not limited to reporting, analysis, research, monitoring, and compliance. Responsible for developing and implementing tools to effectively and efficiently capture and report various tax data. Contributes information to management to facilitate strategy and decision making regarding government regulated financial matters. Areas of responsibility include federal tax (for-profit, tax exempt, and benefit plans), state tax (Franchise and Excise, sales tax, and business tax), local tax (property tax), and others as identified.
Position Accountabilities and Performance Criteria:
Minimum Education:
Master’s of Business, Accounting, or Finance or CPA license. In lieu of Master’s Degree or CPA license, candidate may have fifteen (15) years of related experience.
