Job Description
Our client, aleading organization at the forefront of furniture for home and offices, isdedicated to driving excellence and achieving strategic expansion. As part oftheir ongoing growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Presidentof Business Development to join their team and lead their business developmentinitiatives.
The Vice President will oversee the GCC, MENA and Turkey. Traveling is requiredoccasionally.
The idealcandidate will have a proven track record of identifying new businessopportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and theability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business developmentstrategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets,and partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key partners andclients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders,including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignmentand execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction and insights to the executiveteam on market trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the development and management of the businessdevelopment team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ora related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development,sales, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growthand achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a similar sector is highly desirable.
