- Ideatingandexecutingcontentconceptsforsocialmedia,especiallyInstagramandTikTok
- Leadingshoots,directingtalent,managingschedules,andsettingthetoneonset
- Supportingpre-production:creatingshootplans,callsheets,shotlists,andequipmentchecklists
- Shootingphotosandvideosthatarevisuallyengagingandbrand-aligned
- Editingcontentfordifferentplatformswithquickturnaround
- Workingcloselywiththestrategyteamtoensureideasalignwithbrandgoals
- Archiving,organizing,andnamingcontentcorrectlyforeasyaccessandreuse
- Deliveringprojectsontimewithasharpeyefordetailandastrongsenseofownership
Whatwe'relookingfor:
- Solidexperienceincontentcreation,bothshootingandediting(AdobeSuite,FinalCut,DaVinci,etc.)
- ConfidentwithDSLRcameras,lightingsetups,andaudiogear
- Confidentinleadingshootsandworkingwithtalentorclientsonset
- Strongunderstandingofsocialmediatrendsandwhatperformswell
- Highlyorganized,proactive,andastrongcommunicator
- Abletoadaptquicklyonshootdaysandsolveproblemsonthego
- Experienceworkinginfast-pacedproductionenvironmentsoragenciesisaplus
- Acreativeportfolio/reelthatshowcasesbothvisualtasteandtechnicalskill
