- Support advisory billing and other recurring financial and operational processes.
- Produce and maintain recurring operational reports and perform ad hoc analysis as needed.

- Identify inefficient or manual processes and work with the Director of Operations and other team members to develop more scalable solutions.
- Support the implementation of new technology, integrations, and operational processes.
- Assist with technology, cybersecurity, business continuity, and other operational initiatives in coordinating with Compliance and other responsible personnel, as applicable.
- Crosstrain on key processes to provide additional coverage across the organization.
- Manage operational projects and workstreams from planning through completion.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Must-Have Core Values
- Take ownership: You’re a self-starter, but also a finisher. You work well independently, and you proactively address problems before they arise.
